After years working with Olympic rowers and national team Nordic skiers, the pattern is always the same: it's not the hardest workouts that make athletes fast. It's the ones they actually do — consistently, week after week, even when life gets complicated.
Research shows it takes about 66 days to turn a new training behaviour into a real habit. A coach is what gets you through those 66 days. Someone who believes in your potential on the days you've stopped believing in yourself, who adjusts the plan when life intervenes, and who keeps the big picture clear when you're too tired to see it.
